CHRYSALIS animation screening

Come and see CHRYSALIS, a meditation on metamorphosis in sculpture, painting and animation. The moon waxes and wanes, cells divide, babies grow, and grubs become butterflies. Human life is a series of metamorphoses, as we transition from one phase to the next, one body to the next.

Beginner-friendly pickleball

Join us for social pickleball. We are trialing a new social pickleball program at Nets Stadium. Sessions are led by our friendly Banyule Leisure staff and are targeted for beginners or those who want to play socially. Must be 16 or over.

Individual bike skills workshop

12 April 2026

These workshops are for adults and children aged 7+ who cannot yet ride a bike but would like to learn, or for novice riders with basic skills who would like to improve their confidence.

Cat desexing program

Plenty River Trail improvements

We are constructing a 3m-wide shared user path along the Plenty River between Old Plenty Road bridge and Lower Plenty Road, then building towards Towny Close in Lower Plenty.

Public holiday: bins and opening hours
