Waste collection services for business

Local businesses can organise a weekly bin collection service. We provide a 240-litre bin that is emptied weekly.

The service charge is $765.00 annually per bin (inclusive of GST). This is a minimum 3-month service.

If you lease your premises you need to provide us with written agreement from the property owner.

Preparing your waste for collection

Bins must be placed out the night before collection in a location our trucks can reach.

We will not pick up waste that has been left beside the bin. Overfilled bins and bins weighing over 45kg will not be collected.

We will not collect:

If your business is located in the north of Banyule your bin will be emptied every Tuesday.

This includes Briar Hill, Bundoora, Eltham North, Greensborough, Lower Plenty, Montmorency, St Helena, Watsonia and Watsonia North.

If your business is located in the south of Banyule your bin will be emptied every Thursday.

This includes Bellfield, Eaglemont, Heidelberg, Heidelberg Heights, Heidelberg West, Ivanhoe, Ivanhoe East, Macleod, Rosanna, Viewbank and Yallambie.
