Amendments to the permit include:

• Display 1 Business Identification Sign to be Illuminated

• Illuminated during the operational hours of the centre - 6:30am – 7.00pm Monday – Friday

• Other modifications to the layout including but not limited to: 

- Internal additions and alterations at ground and first floor level

- Built form along north/west/south/east elevation is redesigned

- Setback variations at east, west and north

- Variations to the outdoor play areas

- Updated fence design along Grimshaw Street to accommodate services

- Update to the Colour scheme
