One of our planning officers may need further information about your application being processed.

Submit further information

We will include conditions on a planning permit that must be met before any approved development can start.

This is part of the lodgement process for our endorsement that your plans satisfy conditions of your planning permit.

The first, Condition 1, often relates to the minor changes or additional detail we require before work begins.

If stormwater and drainage plans are required under Condition 1 of your permit, they must be submitted to us in a development stormwater drainage application.

This is a related but separate step in our endorsement process, and additional fees and charges apply.
