A road or footpath occupation permit allows the permit holder to temporarily store items or equipment on our land which can include a footpath, public laneway or road if the storage is relating to construction activity.
This can include:
- builders on restricted construction sites looking for additional storage space
- contractors who are constructing a driveway across a footpath
- owners taking delivery of landscaping materials and more.
Complete this form if you need to temporarily store items on our land.
If your project design requires you to dig a hole or trench in a road or footpath. Complete a works within road reserve permit application.
