Road or footpath occupation permit You will need a permit if your construction works will temporarily occupy a public road or footpath.

Regulation 116 for public protection Regulation 116 report and consent for public protection is required when public space will be occupied during construction works.
Works zone parking enquiry You will need to have a works zone created to stop, park or unload workers' vehicles next to your construction site. Restrictions can be installed to provide dedicated parking. Extensions can also be granted.
