Extension of time for a planning permit

Use this form to extend a planning permit where either works have not started or cannot be completed within the time specified by the permit.

Before you begin

To complete the application, you will need:

• your existing planning permit reference number
• prepared reasons on what has happened with the project and why there is a delay

You will also need a credit card to pay the application fee of:

• $300: single dwelling
• $650: other development with cost up to $100,000
• $850: other development with cost from $100,001 to $1,000,000
• $1,050: other development with cost from $1,000,001 to $5,000,000
• $1,350: other development with cost $5,000,001 and above
• $650: subdivision
