Amend a planning permit under Section 72

Use this form to apply for changes to a planning permit that has been issued.

Before you start

To help you complete this form, there are important details that you need to be clear on and have on hand including:

property details and conditions
a current copy of title (obtained within the last 3 months, purchase a current copy of your title at LANDATA)
original planning permit details
copies of plans and documentation detailing the proposed changes ready to upload
a credit card to pay the application fee: fees vary from $202 to more than $6000 based on the nature of the original permit and the changes proposed.
