Works within road reserve and Vehicle crossing permit application

 Use this form to get a consent permit for excavation works within a road reserve.

Before you begin

To help you apply for a permit and submit a complete application, make sure you have all of these details and documents:

  • liability insurance certificate of currency for $20 million
  • excavation site plan
  • traffic management plan
  • legal point of discharge or drainage plans (for drainage works).
  • if applicable - VicRoads memorandum of authorisation
  • if applicable - copy of notification of proposed works to residence and businesses
  • A valid Visa or Mastercard for payment of the application fee.

Note: failing to supply any of the required documents: traffic management plan, site plan or current certificate of currency of our minimum requirement of $20 million will result in your application being rejected.
