Notification of purchase by agreement

We give notice of our purchase by agreement of the following property:

  • 8 Stubley Court, Greensborough, being the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 8962 Folio 706, described as Lot 3 on the Plan of Subdivision 042987
  • As the property is located adjacent to a Council carpark, it offers multiple potential strategic uses for the future of the Greensborough Activity Centre.

The purchase and subsequent notification is made under section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020.
