We understand public health restrictions have limited resident opportunities to organise swimming pool or spa barrier inspections. The Victorian Government has since extended the due date for compliance certificates to compensate for the limitations.
For pools/spas built before 30 June 1994 or where we don't have a confirmed construction date compliance certificates are now due by 1 June 2022.
Make sure you submit the pool/spa barrier compliance certificate within 7 days of receiving it.
Not complying with the 1 June 2022 due date may result in receiving a $363 infringement.
