Annual community satisfaction survey

Each year, all councils in Victoria participate in a community satisfaction survey.

In 2025, this will be a door-to-door survey of 400 randomly selected Banyule residents (age 18 and up) who provide feedback on our services and areas of importance.

The survey allows us to track how we are going from year to year, and we use the feedback to improve service delivery to the community.

The survey will be conducted by Metropolis Research and will take place from mid-January through February 2025.

In previous years this survey was conducted by telephone. However, this year none of the surveys will be completed in this way.

Participation is optional, anonymous and always appreciated.
