In 1954, Watsonia Hall was purchased by the Latoff and Callil Pty Ltd, once one of the largest dressmaking company of ladies and children's clothing in Victoria. In 1970, the building was purchased by local government and is now a community hall venue.

This medium-sized hall can accommodates large classes, conferences and day functions. It is a spacious hall, equipped with a kitchen and server window to the main hall. It is located next to a local park that has children play equipment, and is within walking distance from a local shopping strip and public transportation. It is a self-setup and pack up venue. There are 40 shared parking spaces.
