Old Shire offices, formally known as Heidelberg Shire Offices and Library, were designed in 1908 by T. H. Tisdall and H. Desbrowe.

The building is a centrepiece in the historical development of local government in the Heidelberg area, and is of social and historic significance. The building was relocated to its current site, and is now used as a community hall.

This medium-sized hall offers great spaces for indoor health and wellbeing classes, community groups, meetings and children classes. It is available for private functions, wedding and family gatherings.

The hall is equipped with a kitchen, ample open spaces in two rooms, has shared off street parking and is surrounded by open grassy parklands. The venue is a self-setup and pack up. There are 80 shared parking spaces.
