Mungga Artist Studios

'Mungga' means 'to make' in the Woiwurrung language.

This venue features 2 dedicated studios for local artists to take up a residency. A resident can then develop and informally display artworks, showcase their practice in a public context and provide workshops.

22 Feb 2025 Mai•V•Lin  is an emerging writer and visual artist, working with different media, inspired by nature, her migrant background and her experiences as a woman.

As with the Loft 275 gallery, proposals for a residency in the Mungga Artist Studios will be administered through an annual application process.
