Pay my pet registration renewal

Renewing your cat and dog registration is easy. Simply follow the steps described on this page to pay your renewal and keep a record of the online payment for yourself.

Pay online

Step 1.Be prepared

To pay online there are details you need to have handy:

  • renewal notice
  • a valid Visa or Mastercard

Step 2.Confirm the animal number

To access and pay your renewal you will be asked to provide the animal number.

You will find the animal number under the animal details of your renewal notice. We have highlighted in the following image, where you can find the number on your notice.

Circled, the animal number appearing in center portion of the notice, found after the header of the page, on the right hand side of the page inside a 3 row table together with the due date and amount due. Step 3.Process your payment

Step 4.After payment is complete

Print your receipt, take a screen grab or write down the details for your records.
