Maternal and child health
We provide a free service for all families with children from birth to school age.
Maternal and child health (MCH) nurses offer professional and evidence-based advice and support on topics including your child’s health, growth and development, parenting concerns, maternal wellbeing and breastfeeding support.
If you are new to Banyule and have children between birth and school entry, we would like to hear from you.

You can get 24-hour MCH information and help on 132 229.

We have 11 centres: you will be zoned to the location closest to your home.
