Get help with community services

Our service navigation services will be unavailable from 25 December 2024 through 5 January 2025, reopening 6 January. This is not a crisis line: if you require immediate assistance, call police, fire or ambulance call 000, Lifeline mental health or suicide prevention on 13 11 14, Safe Steps family violence on 1800 015 188 or After Hours Service for housing or homelessness on 1800 825 955.

We provide a free service to connect local residents with the support they need.
