Suspension

We require at least 2 days notice before you want your suspension to start.

Membership levels come with set suspension entitlement days that are free to use:

  • Direct debit: 42 days
  • 12 months: 42 days
  • 6 months: 21 days
  • 3 months: 7 days

For each additional week beyond your membership entitlement, there is a $5 suspension fee.

Additional medical suspension is also available with a medical certificate.

Cancellation

Use this form to cancel your membership.

  • All cancellations require at least 1 payment notice (you are still entitled to use your membership in this time).
  • By cancelling your membership, the joining fee may apply upon re-joining beyond 30 days.
  • All outstanding payments must be settled before any cancellation can be applied.
  • Membership cannot be suspended during the cancellation notice period.
