Annual community satisfaction survey

Each year we check in with you to gauge how we're doing. We want to understand your views on living, working and playing in Banyule.

In 2024, we engaged JWS Research to carry out a phone survey with 400 Banyule locals to discuss:

  • overall performance
  • value for money in services and infrastructure
  • community consultation and engagement
  • decisions made in the interest of the community
  • customer service, local infrastructure, facilities, and services
  • overall council direction.

By reaching out, we learned more about our performance and what is most important to you to help understand where change is necessary for the future.
