Municipal Emergency Management Plan

This plan has been produced by and with the authority of Banyule City Council pursuant to Section 20(1) of the Emergency Management Act 1986 and the Emergency Management Act 2013. The Banyule City Council understands and accepts its roles and responsibilities as described in Part 4 of the Emergency Management Act 1986 and the Emergency Management Act 2013. This plan is a result of the co-operative efforts of the planning committee after consultation with those agencies and organisations identified therein, which form the Banyule Municipal Emergency Management Planning Committee (MEMPC).
