Depending on the category of fine, you will be directed to a simple set of steps to follow or directly to one of our web payment processing partners, ' MerchantSuite.

Extension

To make paying a fine less of a financial strain, you can request to extend the due date to pay a fine.

Requests to extend the due date must be made in writing.

Payment plan

You can request to pay a fine in fixed instalments over an agreed period of time depending on your circumstances.

Requests to pay by payment plan must be made in writing, and can be made online for parking fines only.
Email us to set up a payment plan for all other categories of fines.
