S12 Instrument of Delegation & Authorisation by Municipal Building Surveyor Used by the Municipal Building Surveyor to delegate their powers, functions and duties under the Building Act 1993 and Building Regulations 2018, and to authorise persons to exercise their powers under certain parts of the Building Act 1993. S18 Instrument of Sub-Delegation, under the Environment Protection Act 2017 Used by Council to delegate to members of its staff those powers contained in the Instrument of Delegation of the Environment Protection Authority under the Environment Protections Act 2017 dated 4 June 2021. CEO & Mayor
S19A Instrument of Delegation of Municipal Fire Prevention Officer (MFPO) under CFA Act 1958 Council must first appoint a MFPO and may appoint an AFPO using the S11 Instrument of Appointment & Authorisation. Used by the Municipal Fire Prevention Officer (MFPO) to delegate their powers, functions and duties to the Assistant Fire Prevention Officer (AFPO). S19B Instrument of Delegation under the FRV Act 1958 Used by the Municipal Fire Prevention Officer (MFPO) to delegate their powers, functions and duties to the Assistant Fire Prevention Officer (AFPO).
